Each week you would revisit previously learned strategies and then try new things to build on them.
I now enjoy walking Charlie as I have strategies and the confidence to manage him.

Susie is an exceptional trainer with a deep and instinctive understanding of animal behaviour. She was a great mentor for me as a first-time dog owner and Ziggy warmed to her instantly. She gave advice on house etiquette that worked almost immediately. Then, over the next few sessions, helped me with other puppy issues like jumping, focusing attention, walking on the leash, separation anxiety, coming when called, and barking. Things that worked for Ziggy included incorporating more kongs, licky mats and sniffing games to tire him out during the day. This got him used to the sounds of the street (having something to direct his attention to other than barking at the neighbour walking past!). I would recommend Susie to anyone seeking a compassionate, reliable and dedicated trainer for their four-legged companion.

Susie from Dogs Heard is an incredible dog trainer with a high level of care and adaptability in her approach. She is a good listener and provides relaxed yet structured advice when it comes to training our furry family member. Her use of positive reinforcement techniques has been extremely effective in helping our dog learn and grow.
One thing that really stands out about Susie is her punctuality, reliability and outstanding communication skills. She always shows up on time and is ready to get to work right away. She is also great with our children, making sure to involve them in the training process and teaching them how to properly interact with our dog.
